I'm not an emotional guy, but I couldn't stop crying. I love my dogs so much, and I can't even imagine what it feels like to lose your best friend. Well sadly, we'll have to go through is eventually. Sadly I know exactly how all those other people feel when they had to put their companions to sleep. I had to suddenly put my Pixie to sleep,(August 6th 2021) I just wanted to die, I felt I had nothing left in life. I got her cremated and her paw printed. I decided to have her name and paw tattooed on my forearm, now she is with me all the time.

When my friend died, her cat became really depressed, only laying in her bed and ate very rarely. The otherwise healthy feline became extremely thin and 9 months later she passed from a broken heart. My friends mom talked with the funeral organizator and the graveyard owners and they allowed the mom to re-bury the cat next to my friend so they would be together forever. It's truly heart breaking and wholesome at the same time.
