So, the pilot actually told them, "The UFO is 12.192 meters from the plane." and not 40 feet? If he used metric I don't think he would have been that specific unless he literally left the cockpit and used a tape measure and was so anal retentive he couldn't just say 12 meters. And seriously, if you're not totally positive how to pronounce a word just google it, they will literally say it aloud for you. 

I'm beginning to think these channels mispronounce words on purpose, some very common and said the same way in the US and UK are still said in ridiculous ways. I swear, every single video does it at least once, if not multiple times.
